  • I recently read a quote that said “Your heart shows you the path, but your feet carry you on it.” One morning when I was putting on my socks I noticed the heels of my feet were dry and peeling. Yikes! I thought. My feet were surely crying out for some attention. It’s so easy to ignore our feet when the weather is cooler and our feet stay bundled up in shoes and socks.

    Surely our feet – complex structures of 28 bones laced with muscles, ligaments and tendons – deserve a little appreciation. Well, this served as a reminder that even though sandal-wearing season is over it doesn’t mean that I have to start neglecting my precious feet until next year. Don’t take your feet for granted: If they feel good, you will, too.

    This Ayurvedic inspired blend penetrates the skin very quickly and is very rich and concentrated.

    Cold feet are often caused by poor circulation. The essential oils used in this formulation help to stimulate blood flow. When your feet are tired after a long day or are particularly dry and rough, Heel the Sole is the answer.

    A quick way to bring your feet back to life is to do the following:

    Use your thumb to massage your toes in circular motions. Then move to the ball of your foot and gradually work your way down to the heel, applying pressure with your fingers and the palm of your hand.

  • Apply Heel the Sole® to clean & moist feet and ankles.

    Massage feet from the toes upward to the calves;

    Repeat this massage until the foot balm has been completely absorbed by the skin.

  • Vitis vinifera (Grapeseed) Oil, Apis mellifera (Beeswax), Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Essential Oils of: Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus), Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary), Lavendula officinalis (Lavender), Ravensara aromatica (Ravensara), Ocimum basilicum (Sweet Basil), Mentha spicata (Spearmint), Zingiber officinale (Ginger), Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Cinnamon) Leaf, Helichrysum italicum (Helichrysum), Anthemis nobilis (Roman Chamomile), Cymbopogon flexuosus (Lemongrass).
