U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.
Effective April 17, 2020:
Priority Mail’s 2-3 day service commitments now will be extended to 3-4 days respectively.
Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance.
First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively.
Please. Please. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly and that you have included the unit or apt # if applicable.
Also, if you want to receive an email confirmation, make sure that there are no typos in your email address.
If your package is returned or not delivered due to missing or incorrect information, we will have to charge to reship, even if you received free shipping.
All online orders are packed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually with 48 hours (business days) but can take longer during sales events or holidays.
If you are in a hurry for your order, please select Expedited Shipping for $10.95, so that it will get processed quicker. It will still be shipped via US Priority Mail, however, it will get pushed to the "front of the line". Otherwise it will be processed in the order that it was received.
Orders placed during weekends and holidays are received on the next business day. Once your order is packed and ready to ship you will receive an email from UPS or USPS with a tracking number.

Shipments To APO/FPO and P.O. Box Addresses
* Most orders may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO / FPO addresses, but some restrictions may apply.
* Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Overnight Priority service.
Once your order is processed and shipped is when the days in transit begins.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES :: Lotus Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
Upon inquiry, Lotus Moon will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
